At Ebenelegs, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to hygiene considerations, please note that the tights cannot be returned unless the following 1 or 2 situations are applied. 

  1. Order Error:
    • If you have received a different product than what you ordered, please contact our customer service at info@ebenelegs.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
    • Please include your order details, including the order number and a description of the issue.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for the return and exchange of the product, as well as information on the refund if you prefer this option.
  1. Damaged Tight or unworn tight.:
    • If you receive damaged tights, please contact us immediately at info@ebenelegs.com.
    • Please include your order details, including the order number and photos of the damaged product.
    • You can also return an unworn tight in its original package to claim a refund. please contact us at  info@ebenelegs.com.
    • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for the return, replacement of the product, or refund.

  1. Order not received

 All orders sent by us are tracked. If you did not receive your order, please  use the tracking number to check the statut, or e-mail us at info@ebenelegs.com . in the case that you have missed your delivery, The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Your  need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender. During the return, we takes no responsibility if products have been lost. the Refund will be possible when we received the product and we will not refund the initial shipping cost of the product.
